Steel City Technology Solutions is led by a practitioner whose career bridges defense-industrial cybersecurity, applied AI research, and higher education. He served as head of cybersecurity policy and compliance for a defense-adjacent manufacturer of advanced signal processing equipment serving clients across the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB), before transitioning to academia.

Today he serves as Cybersecurity Program Director within the CIS Program, part of the Division of Business and Advanced Technology at Pueblo Community College — preparing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals while advancing the frontier of agentic AI through research, conference speaking, and hands-on workshops. Like the city he calls home, he holds his work to the standard of a City of Excellence.
